In order to address the rising demand for our maintenance services for industrial cleaning equipment and enhance our ability to cater to our customers' needs, we expanded our service team to include six service engineers. This expansion serves a dual purpose: not only does it enable us to handle the growing demand effectively, but it also provides an opportunity for our existing team members to receive specialized training in various areas, ensuring a more comprehensive and efficient response to our valued customers.
Increased Dorset & Surrounding Area Support
We extended our service area to encompass not only Poole and Christchurch, but also Blandford, Yeovil, Weymouth, Bournemouth, and the surrounding regions. This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional after-sales support for both new and long-standing customers.
Kranzle Accreditation
P C Jones successfully completed the kranzle technical training in Germany. With our enhanced expertise, we provide exceptional repair and maintenance services for kranzle pressure washers, ensuring optimal performance.
Safe Contractor Approved
We have achieved the prestigious accreditation as a safe contractor, a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional and dependable services. This recognition underscores our strict adherence to the most up-to-date health and safety standards. Should you require it, we are fully equipped to provide comprehensive documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and certification, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout our work.
Accounts & Admin Staff
To better accommodate the increasing volume of calls and financial obligations, we expanded our team by bringing in additional accounts and administrative staff. This strategic move allowed our dedicated personnel to focus more on the crucial task of repairing and servicing our customers' equipment, ensuring their satisfaction. Our accounts and admin staff formed a friendly and responsive team, always ready to assist with any inquiries you had regarding our services or any financial matters.
Increased Stock Levels
The company constructed a spacious store room capable of accommodating over 5000 parts that are utilized daily for repairing our customers' equipment. This strategic move has allowed us to significantly enhance our turnaround times. The wide range of parts we stock encompasses all major manufacturers, ensuring efficient servicing for routine maintenance as well as for more uncommon components. As a result, we are committed to delivering prompt and reliable service to all our valued customers.
Moved to our service centre
Due to the growing demand for our services, we relocated to a larger service center. This strategic move allowed us to sustain the popularity of our high-quality services and facilitate the expansion of our operations. It was during this transition that we began extending our support to renowned manufacturers such as Karcher, Numatic, Kranzle, and various others.
Transport Logistics
We developed our own machine transport logistics system, enabling the company to efficiently collect and deliver machines. This eliminated the hassle of arranging transportation to and from our service centre.
